Small Steps include:
- Reporting any abuse you witness or suspect
- Become familiar with the animals in your neighborhood
- Treat all animals you encounter with caution, care, and consideration
More Involved Steps include:
- Join a rescue group near you
- Foster rescued animals (young animals tend to be plenty and in need of foster homes)
- Donate to a shelter near you
“Full Commiters” Steps include:
- Adopt an animal
- Make a mark and only use animal cruelty-free products (meaning products aren’t tested/experimented on animals)
- Learn animal cruelty laws for your state and surrounding states
